Minerals
The solid minerals Inland Drills works across Nigeria's mineral belt, from precious metals to industrial and gem grade material. Every entry sets out what the mineral is, how it is graded, and where it occurs in Nigeria.
Native Gold (Au)
Lead Sulphide (PbS)
Zinc Sulphide (ZnS)
Lithium Aluminium Silicate
Tin Oxide (SnO2)
Columbite-Tantalite (Coltan)
Barium Sulphate (BaSO4)
Iron Oxide (Fe2O3)
Gem Grade Borosilicate
Why Work With Inland Drills?
Nigeria's solid minerals sector is being formalised, and the operators who last will be the ones who can show their paperwork. We are built for that standard rather than retrofitting to it.
- Licensed titles and permits for every activity we carry out.
- Grade established by independent assay before terms are agreed.
- Host communities engaged before equipment moves to site.
How Every Parcel Is Handled
The same three steps apply whether the material is a gold lot or a barite shipment.
Survey and Sampling
Before a price is discussed, the deposit or the parcel is sampled. For hard rock that means drilling and logging. For a buying centre parcel it means representative sampling across the lot, not a handful off the top.
Independent Assay
Grade is established by assay, not by appearance. Fire assay for gold, laboratory analysis for base metals and industrial minerals. The result is shared with the counterparty before terms are agreed.
Documented Transfer
Weights are recorded at every handover and each lot moves under the transport and export permits its class requires. The tonnage that leaves the site is the tonnage that reaches the buyer.
